Rudebeard + The Three'n'Eights
Rudebeard present their second annual 'Dry January Ends Here' party at McChuills, unleashing three weeks of pent up energy in one big sweaty night of punky ska and foul-mouthed lyricism.
Along for the craic this year are The Three'n'Eights, the 'Beards ska-punk-a-billy brothers and sisters from an Ayrshire mother. It'll be as good as a night at the gym - but with a bar. Dae it.

DF Concerts Presents: Disgusting Sisters
Disgusting Sisters are a chaotic electronic pop rock duo of real-life sisters Jules & Josie - raised between the UK and France, bonded by emo music, dyed hair, campsite summers, and a shared obsession with horror movies & cult TV.
DF Concerts Presents: Adult DVD
Over their brief time as Adult DVD, the Leeds based 6-piece have become known for their relentless output of infectious hooks and grooves with a euphoric live show that could be mistaken for a club night.
DF Concerts Presents: Voka Gentle
Since their acclaimed second album ‘WRITHING!’, the trio (William J Stokes, Ellie Mason and Imogen Mason) have been busy honing their collective craft, now emerging with an evolved confidence and creative curiosity that explains why they are held in such high esteem by both their musical peers and legends of their genre (Wayne Coyne, Bombay Bicycle Club’s Jack Steadman, Animal Collective’s Panda Bear, Spacemen 3’s Sonic Boom, to name just a few).
DF Concerts Presents: Bratakus
Bratakus are two sisters from the Highlands of Scotland who play politically charged punk rock 'n' roll. They are fast, furious and full of righteous rage. Kicking out the jams with minimal nonsense and maximum ragged attitude.
DF Concerts Presents: JOOLS
“These violent delights have violent ends,” sings co-vocalist Kate Price on both the album opener ‘The Pleasures’ and its climactic, curtain-dropping title track. “And violently you’ll see, nobody decides it’s over for me, but me.” It’s an echo that bookends Violent Delights by deliberate, poignant design.
DF Concerts Presents: Scustin
Scustin… More than just a band, Scustin blurs the lines between crowd and artist. When you step into a Scustin concert, you don’t just watch the band—you become part of it.
Scustin is a state of mind, a shared love for all things craic. To be "Scustin" is to belong to a group united by this love, where every show is a celebration of connection, culture, and pure, unfiltered fun.
DF Concerts Presents: Madra Salach
Their first UK date is Glasgow on March 18th and with their final show of the run in London on March 26. The news follows last week’s announcement of their debut EP It’s a Hell of an Age featuring recent singles “I Was Just A Boy” and "Blue & Gold" which The Line of Best Fit, So Young, The Independent and more rushed out to praise, and Deb Grant championed on 6 Music.
Some One's Sons
Some One’s Sons are a dynamic and evocative five-piece Irish folk band, carving out a unique place in Ireland’s folk scene.
Their music is a vibrant mix of spirited storytelling and powerful performances, blending traditional roots with a modern edge. With a sound that is both timeless and true to the music that shaped them, the Sons’ original ballads and fresh takes on traditional tunes captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.
DF Concerts Presents: Slag
SLAG formed in Brighton, late 2023. SLAG's guitar riffs are actually kind of crazy when you think about it.
SLAG wear some really cool outfits on stage sometimes. SLAGs singer could be a man if you closed your eyes and listened closely, but she isn't. SLAG released the song Ripped in September and everyone seems to really like it.
Richard Sen | Plus Marie Avril & Gordon
Every time he’s been up here, it’s been absolutely off the scale, so getting him back in the Acid Arch was always going to happen. If you were at any of them, you know what we’re talking about and if you weren’t, trust us, you really, really don’t want to miss him again.
DF Concerts Presents: HighSchool
From Melbourne, HighSchool are the duo of Rory Trobbiani and Luke Scott who caught attention with their six-track debut EP , Forever at Last (which featured fan favourites ‘New York, Paris and London’ and ‘Frosting’), showing a new band who were putting a new lens on classic lo-fi, new wave, goth and post-punk.
DF Concerts Presents: The New Cut
Formed in 2021, the Bristol-based act has quickly garnered momentum with a series of successful releases, leading to support slots for Buzzcocks, Sprints, and The Bug Club, as well as making it onto Green Man Festival's 2024 Emerging Talent longlist.
DF Concerts Presents: The Sophs
When Ramon sent a demo reel out to his favorite indies, he wasn’t expecting any replies.
But Travis and Lee were in his inbox the next day, asking if he’d hop on a call. Rough Trade heard the sort of creativity and variety — and “don’t expect me to act pretty” sentiment — that could get The Sophs — including Ramon, Sam Yuh (keyboards), Austin Parker Jones (electric guitar), Seth Smades (acoustic guitar), Devin Russ (drums), and Cole Bobbitt (bass) — a slot on nearly any stage.
DF Concerts Presents: Kasador
This is dressed-down, cheeky, pirate-radio indie-rock. It’s tender and carefully considered, but also raw and wild and burnt around the edges, a sonic and compositional thumbprint that nods to classic and alternative rock history while pushing into something new, something exciting.
If you want more dirty, raw, celebratory rock and roll in your life, stay tuned. Help is on the way.
Illuminated Figures: Life Drawing Class
Every Monday in McChuills Acid Arch Joanna hosts Illuminated Figures! A unique life drawing session, where each pose is more vibrant and colourful than the last.
Let's Go Back's Sunday Soundclash Rave: Stephen McCole
