Rudebeard + The Three'n'Eights

Rudebeard present their second annual 'Dry January Ends Here' party at McChuills, unleashing three weeks of pent up energy in one big sweaty night of punky ska and foul-mouthed lyricism.

Along for the craic this year are The Three'n'Eights, the 'Beards ska-punk-a-billy brothers and sisters from an Ayrshire mother. It'll be as good as a night at the gym - but with a bar. Dae it.

Since their acclaimed second album ‘WRITHING!’, the trio (William J Stokes, Ellie Mason and Imogen Mason) have been busy honing their collective craft, now emerging with an evolved confidence and creative curiosity that explains why they are held in such high esteem by both their musical peers and legends of their genre (Wayne Coyne, Bombay Bicycle Club’s Jack Steadman, Animal Collective’s Panda Bear, Spacemen 3’s Sonic Boom, to name just a few).

DF Concerts Presents: JOOLS

“These violent delights have violent ends,” sings co-vocalist Kate Price on both the album opener ‘The Pleasures’ and its climactic, curtain-dropping title track. “And violently you’ll see, nobody decides it’s over for me, but me.” It’s an echo that bookends Violent Delights by deliberate, poignant design.

DF Concerts Presents: Scustin

Scustin… More than just a band, Scustin blurs the lines between crowd and artist. When you step into a Scustin concert, you don’t just watch the band—you become part of it.

Scustin is a state of mind, a shared love for all things craic. To be "Scustin" is to belong to a group united by this love, where every show is a celebration of connection, culture, and pure, unfiltered fun.

DF Concerts Presents: Slag

SLAG formed in Brighton, late 2023. SLAG's guitar riffs are actually kind of crazy when you think about it.

SLAG wear some really cool outfits on stage sometimes. SLAGs singer could be a man if you closed your eyes and listened closely, but she isn't. SLAG released the song Ripped in September and everyone seems to really like it.

When Ramon sent a demo reel out to his favorite indies, he wasn’t expecting any replies.

But Travis and Lee were in his inbox the next day, asking if he’d hop on a call. Rough Trade heard the sort of creativity and variety — and “don’t expect me to act pretty” sentiment — that could get The Sophs — including Ramon, Sam Yuh (keyboards), Austin Parker Jones (electric guitar), Seth Smades (acoustic guitar), Devin Russ (drums), and Cole Bobbitt (bass) — a slot on nearly any stage.

DF Concerts Presents: Kasador

This is dressed-down, cheeky, pirate-radio indie-rock. It’s tender and carefully considered, but also raw and wild and burnt around the edges, a sonic and compositional thumbprint that nods to classic and alternative rock history while pushing into something new, something exciting.

If you want more dirty, raw, celebratory rock and roll in your life, stay tuned. Help is on the way.
