Once again, we’re bringing thee legendary Richard Sen back up to McChuills.
Every time he’s been up here, it’s been absolutely off the scale, so getting him back in the Acid Arch was always going to happen. If you were at any of them, you know what we’re talking about and if you weren’t, trust us, you really, really don’t want to miss him again.
His sound draws from 1970s, ‘80s and ‘90s influences, but places them firmly in the present, with a genre-fluid selection seamlessly flowing back and forth between retro and future, dark and light, disco, Italo, wonky house, electro, breakbeat and deep techno.
As well as DJing, Richard has released music under the guises of Bronx Dogs and Padded Cell, as well as remixing everyone from Bryan Ferry and John Grant to Unloved (David Holmes’ band) and LCD Soundsystem.
