A four-piece post-punk band, The New Cut combine the energy of classic groups like The Fall, Wire, and The Monochrome Set with modern themes and contexts.

Formed in 2021, the Bristol-based act has quickly garnered momentum with a series of successful releases, leading to support slots for Buzzcocks, Sprints, and The Bug Club, as well as making it onto Green Man Festival's 2024 Emerging Talent longlist.

With the recent releases Valuable Customer, ‘And As Always’ and CHRS PCKHM, The New Cut are poised to transition from a local favourite to a rising name in the UK post-punk scene.
